How I Keep My Hands Looking and Feeling Amazing

woman's hand and feetHave you ever been ashamed of holding hands with someone due to your rough and dry hands? Well, you are not alone, as a lot of women and men suffer from extremely dry hands due to different factors such as the weather, harsh chemicals in soaps, and the lack of moisturization.

I have always been obsessed with keeping my hands soft and supple. I just simply hate it whenever I feel the skin on my hands cracking and having calluses around them. One of my hobbies is wakeboarding and sadly, this can sometimes take a toll on my hands. This is the reason I always make sure to take care of my hands at all costs.

First, I always use Kedma Philippines’ Multi-use Cream. This non-greasy lotion can be used on the hands, nails, and even the face! It keeps my skin supple and smooth, so I won’t have to worry about getting those calluses whenever I go wakeboarding. It contains Dead Sea minerals, which means that my hands will stay ultimately soft all day long.

I also use this cream on my face whenever I travel. It’s extremely handy, which is one of the reasons why I love it so much. I used to carry three bottles of moisturizers before — one for my hands, one for my body, and one for my face. Now, I only have to bring one and it definitely works everywhere!

Another thing that I make sure of is not to use soaps that have harsh chemicals in them. I see to it that my hand soaps have glycerin in them to make sure that my hands stay clean without being stripped off of its natural oils.

A trick that I have always been in love with is applying olive oil on my hands. It keeps my hands hydrated all day long, so I won’t have to worry about washing them too much or the weather drying them down.

Now, if these tips don’t work, then I don’t know what will. I can assure you that if you do follow my tips, you are on your way to soft and supple hands!
