A budget smartphone? Seems like a fantasy combination, but Cherry Mobile just made it a reality.

This 2017, Cherry Mobile Click is the new smart feature phone that combines an Android phone with an alphanumeric keypad. Running on the popular mobile operating system (KitKat, of course), it offers all the features of a smartphone — minus the hefty price tag.

Seriously, it only costs Php 1,499.00.

An Affordable Upgrade

Cherry Mobile Click’s duality makes it the best choice for anyone who wants an upgrade but loves longer battery life, and can’t get over the old keypad.

Despite the uneven backlighting and mushy quality of the keypad, it gives users easy access to plenty of shortcuts, including Facebook and stock web-browser apps. It also comes with good-sized LCD display, perfect for videos and web surfing.

Peel off the back cover and you’ll see two regular SIM card slots and a1,100mAh battery. Similar to other Android phones, it also has a microUSB port, which means you can charge it easily using other chargers.

What About the Camera?

Good selfies are standards for Android phones, but if you expect a super perfect selfie from this one, consider another phone. Click’s front camera maxes out at 1.3-megapixels while the rear-camera has 5 megapixels. Don’t expect too much; it’s a phone with entry-level specs still!

Just use a lot of light to illuminate the subjects of your photos. The LED light installed at the back makes low light shooting doable.

If you want a long-lasting battery phone with a touch of Android (that also gives you Facebook and Viber), then Click is the right pick for you.
